OK tattoo artists expect more customers, lower prices if trade
Prices are going to have to drop; market competition is going to drive them down, said Sean Ward, an artist at Southside Tattoos on SW 59th Street. There are a lot of people just waiting for the legislation to happen, so you’ll see competitive pricing take effect as soon as it’s legal.
And right now our legal expenses are ridiculous. We have to pass that on as part of the cost of doing business, he said.
