Alltel introduces Motorola’s MOTOROKR Z6m with XM Radio Mobile cell
The MOTOROKR Z6m from wireless and broadband communications company Motorola Inc (NYSE:MOT) has been introduced by Alltel Wireless (Alltel) (NYSE:AT), the owner and operator of a US wireless network, with an exclusive XM Radio Mobile cell, available at Alltel’s online store and retail locations.
The MOTOROKR Z6m slider phone features a two megapixel camera with video capabilities, Alltel’s Celltop technology, which enables users to access, manage and organise a wide range of information more easily on their phones. It includes an MP3 player with up to 2GB optional removable memory, stereo Bluetooth connectivity and USB 2.0 high-speed connectivity and supports audio formats such as MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA.

The handset is pre-loaded with ten cells including an exclusive XM Radio Mobile cell with 20 channels of streaming XM Radio Mobile, with channel navigating controls, for USD7.99 per month. It also features the TeleNAV GPS Navigator navigation tool, a ‘tattoo’ on the back of the phone and keypad and Axcess Search to allow users to search for information such as ringtones and wallpaper.
The MOTOROKR Z6m is available for USD129.99 after a USD100 mail-in rebate, from Alltel Wireless retail stores and via Alltel’s online store, for new customers committing to a two year service agreement and eligible existing customers.
